Journal Writing

“Journaling creates an opening for our authentic selves to have their say. It gives us the space to tune in to what actually matters to us, important things worthy of our consideration that might otherwise slip through the cracks.”

~ Eric Teplitz

Journal writing lives on a continuum. It can be a daily check in, a safe space to process what's happening in our lives, where we begin forming ideas for new creative projects. It's self-discovery and growth. For writing to be transformative, we need to re-read our entries searching for little gems of insight, seed ideas, and momentum for inspired action. For it to be transformative, we to need re-read our writing asking, "What now?"... pause to reflect... and take action. Is this already happening in your journal writing or are you moving toward it?
