Set your timer for 15-20 minutes. Breathe in, release.

In your notebook, copy the quotes that resonate the most. Reflect on each quote and ask, "What's true for me today? What's sacred here?" Write in a way that is loose and free. Write to explore.

What is it like when you clarify your hopes and dreams? Your wants, needs, and goals? Which metaphor is a good fit for what this feels like for you? What is it like for the characters you're creating?
