A Quote To Begin
“Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you really love. In the depths there is a spring with all the water your heart is thirsty for."
~ Rumi
In your notebook, choose one prompt to explore...
"Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you really love." Pull this line into your notebook. Allow this to be the opening for your writing today. What is it that you really love? What's true for you today? Let your words flow. Be gentle and kind and loving in response to what you explore and discover.
What does the second line of today's quote feel like for you? "In the depths there is a spring with all the water your heart is thirsty for." What does this look like, feel like for you? What comes to mind? What hopes and dreams are flowing here in this spring?
Create a list of all that your heart is thirsty for and then play and arrange your words in a way that feels just right for you today.
This Week's 5 Minute Word Play...

What's the pronunciation? What's the definition? What do you love about the sound and feel of this word? What does mizzle bring to mind? How might mizzle contribute to your wellspring?
